TBI setback, broken exhaust manifold bolt

I count myself lucky that in the last 15 or so years of wrenching on this Jeep, this is the first broken exhaust manifold bolt I've run into.

I used to try and fix stuff like this myself but now I would rather spend what little spare time I have on the main problem of TBI install and let someone with lots of practice, Hanksville Hot Rods, handle this.
